A whole lamb, cut your way.
Inland Northwest lamb, custom cut to your cut sheet. Chops for the grill, a leg for Sunday dinner, shanks and shoulder for slow cooking, and ground lamb for everything else.
What you get
Price
$10 per pound of hanging weight. Butcher fees included. No separate butcher bill.
How payment works
Example: your lamb hangs at 68 lb. 68 × $10 = $680. You paid $600 at gathering, so $80 is due at delivery.
How much meat?
Lambs typically hang at about 50–55% of live weight, and about 70–75% of the hanging weight comes home as cuts. A 120–140 lb lamb gives you roughly 42–56 lb in the freezer. Boneless cuts mean fewer pounds; bone-in cuts and organ meats mean more.
Freezer space
Plan on about 1.5–2 cubic feet.
