Ordering beef from us is simple and stress-free. You choose a whole or half share, and we’ll walk you through the process from start to finish. Once your animal is harvested, you’ll fill out a quick and easy cut sheet to customize how your beef is processed — from steak thickness to roast sizes, and everything in between. Each beef is grain-finished or grass  finished  for rich flavor and tenderness, the perfect balance of marbling and quality you can taste in every bite.

💲 Price: $7.00 per lb (based on hanging weight)

⚖️ Average Hanging Weight:

• Whole: ~900 lbs

• Half: ~450 lbs
