Half a lamb. Enough for a season of good dinners.
Inland Northwest lamb, custom cut to your cut sheet. Chops for the grill, a leg for a holiday dinner, shoulder and shank for slow cooking, and ground lamb for everything else.
What you get
Price
$10 per pound of hanging weight. Butcher fees included. No separate butcher bill.
How payment works
Example: your half hangs at 34 lb. 34 × $10 = $340. You paid $300 at gathering, so $40 is due at delivery.
How much meat?
Lambs typically hang at about 50–55% of live weight, and about 70–75% of the hanging weight comes home as cuts. Boneless cuts mean fewer pounds; bone-in cuts and organ meats mean more.
Freezer space
About 1 cubic foot. It fits in most chest or upright freezers alongside what you already have.
Pickup and delivery
Farm pickup at 1979 E Gering Rd, Ritzville, WA. Delivery available at additional cost. Questions? Call or text 208-518-9484.
