Northwest raised, grass fed and grass finished. These are mature grass fed cattle: lean, deep red meat, yellow fat, and a rich, complex beef flavor.
What you get
- A quarter of the animal, about 150 lb hanging weight
- About 80-90 lb of take-home beef
- A mix of steaks, roasts, stew meat and ground beef
- Vacuum sealed and ready for the freezer
Price
$6.75 per pound of hanging weight. Harvest and cut & wrap included. No separate butcher bill.
How payment works
- Reserve your share online.
- When your beef is gathered for harvest, we bill $1,000.
- After harvest, your final price is set by actual hanging weight. Anything above $1,000 is due at delivery on your final invoice.
Example: your quarter hangs at 160 lb. 160 × $6.75 = $1,080. You paid $1,000 at harvest, so $80 is due at delivery.
Freezer space
Plan on about 3 cubic feet. It won't fit in the freezer above your fridge, so have a small chest freezer running before harvest.
