1/4 Beef Share — Grass Fed & Finished

1/4 Beef Share — Grass Fed & Finished
$1,000.00

A full quarter of a real animal — pasture raised in the Inland Northwest, grass fed and grass finished start to end. 75 to 85 lbs of take-home meat: rib steaks, New York, tenderloin, tri-tip, brisket, short ribs, roasts, stew meat, and ground beef in 1 lb packs. Deep red, dense meat with the yellow carotene-rich fat only grass puts there. Regionally processed, fully USDA inspected, vacuum sealed. $1,000, available monthly.

The quarter is the share that changes how you shop.

At 75 to 85 pounds of take-home meat, you stop buying beef at the store. You buy it once, you put it in the freezer, and you eat off it for months. A real quarter of a real animal — pasture raised in the Inland Northwest, grass fed and grass finished start to end. No feedlot. No grain finish to force a fast gain. No nameless beef trucked in off a national supply chain.

The difference is visible the moment you open the vacuum seal. The meat is dense and deep red. The fat is yellow and carotene-rich — the color grass puts there, and the color you will almost never find in supermarket beef. It cooks different. It eats different. It is different.

Cuts included — $1,000

Every animal cuts out different. That’s why it’s a range.

Processing

Harvested and cut at a regional plant under full USDA inspection. Every package vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer. We use the small processors in our own region on purpose — the money you spend here stays in the Inland Northwest instead of leaving it. That is the point of buying direct.

Payment

Payment is due when your cattle are gathered, typically a few days before harvest. You’ll receive a harvest notification and an invoice at that time. We bill the card on file or deposit your check, with payment due within 48 hours of that notice.

Freezer space

Plan on roughly three to four cubic feet. A quarter will not fit in the freezer above your refrigerator alongside everything else already in it. If you don’t have a chest or upright freezer, get one before harvest notification comes.

Grass fed. Grass finished. Northwest raised. $1,000, available monthly.
