Quarter Beef (Custom Cut Selection)
Our quarter beef is built around what families actually cook and eat — a practical, well-balanced mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Instead of overwhelming you with cut decisions, this option follows our established cut selection, giving you a dependable assortment without the guesswork.
Each quarter is based on an average 150 lb hanging weight, which typically yields around 70–80 lbs of packaged beef for your freezer after processing.
Your box will include a variety of everyday cuts such as:
- Steaks for the grill or skillet
- Roasts for slow cooking
- Ground beef for versatile, daily meals
